More appealing? Are you kidding? The first thought I had was this must be for government workers. Sure enough after clicking the link it's for government workers.
At first I was so excited because I'm a 30-35hr work week supporter, but from the article it just looks like it's 10 hour days for 4 days, no thanks!
This is really just an option for "how do you want to arrange your long work week", which many companies already provide.
